🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• All Rounder Chef: Manage end-to-end kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control across all cuisines. Ensure consistency in taste and presentation while supervising junior staff.
• Indian Chef: Specialize in preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing the Indian section of the kitchen, and ensuring hygiene standards are met during food preparation.
• Commi 2: Assist senior chefs with basic cooking tasks, ingredient preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Support the line during peak service hours.
• Waiter: Handle table service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Delivery Boy: Ensure timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers. Manage delivery vehicles and maintain communication with the kitchen and customers.
