🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare multi-cuisine meals for groups ranging from 25 to 55 guests during peak occupancy periods.
• Design and execute specialized menus for children, ensuring variety and appeal for younger diners.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently to serve wholesome, high-quality food to adventure camp guests.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in a remote, nature-based setting.
• Participate in camp activities such as treks and adventure pursuits during low-occupancy periods, contributing to the overall camp atmosphere.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in multi-cuisine cooking is mandatory.
• Specialized skills in creating and cooking kids' menus are a significant advantage.
• Ability to handle high-volume cooking for 25–55 people simultaneously.
