We are urgently hiring experienced and dedicated culinary and service professionals for our establishment in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. We are looking for an All-Rounder Chef, Tandoor Chef, Steward, Captain, and Kitchen Helpers who are ready to join immediately. This is a full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits including food and accommodation.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• All-Rounder Chef: Prepare a variety of Indian and Continental dishes, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure high-quality food presentation.
• Tandoor Chef: Expertly prepare Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kulcha, and other tandoor-based items with consistent quality and speed.
• Steward: Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas, manage dishwashing, and handle waste disposal efficiently.
• Captain: Oversee floor operations, manage customer interactions, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist senior chefs in food preparation, chopping, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen organization.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective roles (Chef, Tandoor, Service, or Utility).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Good communication skills, especially for service roles.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• All-Rounder Chef: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
• Tandoor Chef: ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 per month.
• Kitchen Helper: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month.
• Steward & Captain: Salary as per experience (Negotiable).
• Perks: Free Food + Accommodation provided.
• Location: Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
