📌 Job Overview

We are urgently hiring skilled Mithai (Sweet) and Namkeen (Savory) artisans, Bhattidars, and Helpers for multiple locations across India including Jamnagar (Gujarat), Khattima (Uttarakhand), Kannauj (UP), Amravati (Maharashtra), Nikol (Ahmedabad), and Sadra (Delhi). This is a full-time opportunity with daily or monthly salary options and a special Diwali bonus.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare high-quality Indian sweets (Mithai) and savory snacks (Namkeen) according to traditional recipes.
• Operate the Bhatti (oven) for baking and roasting sweets and snacks.
• Assist in the preparation of Nasta items such as Samosa, Kachori, Bread Pakora, and Jalebi.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and production area.
• For Sales positions: Manage customer inquiries, handle billing, and promote products.
• For Helper roles: Assist senior cooks with ingredient preparation, cleaning, and logistics.
• Ensure timely production to meet daily sales and order demands.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mithai and Namkeen making (All-Rounder preferred).
• Expertise in Bhatti operation for baking sweets.
• Knowledge of Nasta items (Samosa, Kachori, Jalebi) is a plus.
• For Sales: Good communication skills and basic numeracy.
• For Khattima (Uttarakhand) position: Candidates from Bihar are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month depending on role and location.
• Bonus: Half-month salary bonus for Diwali.
