🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Banquet Manager: Oversee all banquet functions, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, manage client relations, ensure timely setup and breakdown, control budgets and inventory.
• Banquet Executive: Assist the manager in planning events, supervise floor staff, handle guest queries, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth execution of banquets.
• Restaurant Steward: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, assist kitchen staff with utensil management, follow hygiene protocols, and support service staff during peak hours.
• Banquet Steward: Clean banquet halls before and after events, manage linen and tableware, ensure adherence to sanitation standards, and assist in event logistics.
• HK Room Attendant: Perform daily room cleaning, replenish amenities, report maintenance issues, and provide courteous guest service in hotel rooms.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the respective role (banquet management, stewarding, or housekeeping).
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Banquet Manager: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Banquet Executive: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Steward / HK Room Attendant: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Food and shared accommodation provided by the company.
• Full‑time shifts with rotating schedules as per banquet calendar.
