🍳 Station Scope & Service Rhythm

Work at the cafe front‑of‑house during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. Serve guests at tables and counters, keep the dining area tidy, and assist the kitchen staff with basic plating when needed.

🔪 Key Operational Responsibilities

Take orders on paper or POS, deliver food and beverages promptly, clear tables, refill drinks, and handle cash or digital payments accurately. Follow the cafe’s standard operating procedures for hygiene, sanitisation, and waste segregation. Report any stock shortage or equipment issue to the supervisor.

📋 Trade Skills & Experience Criteria

Prior experience as a helper or waiter in a cafe or small restaurant is preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and communicate politely in Hindi and basic English. Knowledge of basic food safety and personal grooming standards is essential.

Salary is negotiable and will be discussed during interview. The cafe provides meals during duty hours and a uniform. Accommodation is not provided but a daily transport allowance is available.
