🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Barista: Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, manage the coffee machine, and ensure consistent taste and presentation. Handle customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Cashier: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Stewards (Sr./Male/Female): Maintain hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen. Handle dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and general cleaning tasks. Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly to support smooth service flow.
• General: Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

• Barista: Proficiency in espresso brewing, milk steaming, and latte art is preferred. Knowledge of various coffee beans and brewing methods is a plus.
