📌 Job Overview

Join Mandi Restaurant, a 90‑seat AC dining venue in Thriprayar, Thrissur. We are hiring enthusiastic Cashiers, Service Staff (Male & Female), and an experienced Nikkala Master for a full‑time, 12‑hour shift schedule.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Handle cash transactions, POS billing, and end‑of‑day reconciliation accurately.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt, courteous table service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and dining floor.
• Prepare and serve traditional Nikkala (spiced meat) with consistency and hygiene.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to boost sales.
• Manage tips and incentive distribution transparently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations during 5‑day work cycles.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in cashiering or front‑of‑house service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and basic accounting.
• For Nikkala Master: expertise in preparing authentic Nikkala dishes.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to work 12‑hour shifts.
• Basic English and Malayalam proficiency preferred.

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience (starting around ₹650‑₹700 per day plus tips & incentives).
