📌 Job Overview

We are urgently hiring for a Central Kitchen cum Cloud Kitchen with a Takeaway Counter located near Sealdah, Kolkata. We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team in various roles including Chef, Tandoor Commis, Roll Cook, Mocktail/Cashier, Kitchen Helper, and KST. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate joining.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Indian/Bengali/Chinese Chef: Prepare high-quality dishes across Indian, Bengali, and Chinese cuisines ensuring consistency and taste.
• Tandoor Commis: Assist in preparing tandoori items, rotis, and managing the tandoor oven efficiently.
• Roll Cook: Specialize in making fresh, hygienic, and flavorful rolls for the takeaway counter.
• Mocktail Man cum Cashier: Prepare mocktails and manage billing/cashier operations at the counter.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist senior chefs in prep work, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• KST (Kitchen Support Team): Handle general kitchen support tasks, inventory, and logistics.
• General: Adhere to food safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and support the central kitchen operations.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective roles (Chef, Tandoor, Roll, Service, etc.).
• Knowledge of Indian, Bengali, and Chinese cooking techniques for culinary roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
• Good hygiene practices and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory trial period.
• Ability to work shifts from 09:30 hrs to 22:30 hrs.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salary Range: ₹11,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on the role.
• Indian/Bengali/Chinese All-rounder: ₹25,000
• Tandoor Commis 1: ₹18,000
• Roll Cook: ₹19,000
• Mocktail Man cum Cashier: ₹15,000
• Kitchen Helper: ₹13,000
• KST: ₹11,000
• Benefits: 1 weekly off, 7 medical leaves, Fooding and Lodging provided.
• Work Hours: 09:30 hrs to 22:30 hrs with a compulsory 2-hour break.
• Location: Near Sealdah, Kolkata.
