🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Chinese Chef: Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, rice bowls, and stir-fries using fresh ingredients. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for all Chinese menu items. Manage the wok station and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist the chef in ingredient preparation, chopping, and cleaning. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. Support the chef in plating and serving dishes. Ensure timely restocking of supplies and proper waste management.
