🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and noodle preparations, adhering to established recipes and flavor profiles.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Monitor inventory levels of Chinese-specific ingredients and report shortages to management.
• Ensure timely service during peak hours to meet customer expectations.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Cook in a restaurant or cloud kitchen setting.
• Strong command over wok techniques and authentic Chinese seasoning.
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen tasks efficiently.
