🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and plate a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and noodle preparations, adhering to authentic recipes.
• Execute continental menu items, focusing on pasta, risottos, grilled meats, and contemporary European plating techniques.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh ingredients are sourced and stored correctly to minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and address any guest feedback regarding food quality.
• Assist in menu development and cost control to maintain profitability without compromising taste.
