📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
- Fast‑food shop in Rajarhat, newly opened, looking for a skilled cook to handle Chinese dishes and Pyare Kabaab.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Prepare authentic Chinese cuisine: stir‑fries, noodles, dumplings, sauces.
- Cook and grill Pyare Kabaab, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and cooking area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking of ingredients.
- Work with the shop manager to meet daily customer demand.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in Chinese cooking.
- Experience with Kabaab or similar grilled meat dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
