🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For the Chef:*
• Prepare high-quality dishes across both Chinese and North Indian menus, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen workflow, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service demands efficiently.

• For the Kitchen Helper:*
• Assist the Chef with basic kitchen tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Support the cooking process by handling prep work and serving duties as directed.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for use.
