🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and execute Chinese dishes according to the established menu, ensuring correct seasoning, texture, and plating.
• Operate the tandoor to produce fresh rotis, naans, and other breads, managing dough fermentation and baking times effectively.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment after each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels for key ingredients used in both Chinese and Tandoori sections to prevent wastage and stockouts.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order delivery and address any customer feedback regarding food quality.
