Club & Restaurant Staff – Multiple Positions

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are expanding our Club & Restaurant team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Immediate joiners are welcome for a range of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house roles. The company provides accommodation and meals, ensuring a comfortable stay while you work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Captain (2) – Supervise floor staff, ensure smooth service flow, handle guest queries, and maintain service standards.
• Senior Captain (2) – Lead captains, coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage peak‑hour operations, and train new team members.
• Bartender (3) – Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and beverages; maintain bar inventory; uphold hygiene and presentation standards.
• Barista / Coffee Maker (1) – Brew espresso‑based drinks, manage coffee station, ensure consistent quality, and assist with light food prep.
• Waiter (5) – Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain table cleanliness, and provide courteous guest interaction.
• Housekeeping (5) – Clean guest areas, change linens, manage room turnover, and uphold hygiene protocols.
• Utility (4) – Support general upkeep, handle waste management, assist in minor maintenance tasks, and ensure safety compliance.
• Kitchen Helper (5) – Assist chefs with ingredient prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, handle basic cooking tasks, and manage stock.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the respective role (front‑of‑house or back‑of‑house).
• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced club and restaurant environment.
• For captains and senior captains: leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Bartenders should be familiar with cocktail recipes and bar equipment.
• Barista must know espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
• Housekeeping and utility staff should be diligent, detail‑oriented, and able to follow cleaning standards.
• Kitchen helpers need basic food‑prep skills and willingness to learn.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary ranges (monthly):
• Captain: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
• Senior Captain: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000
• Bartender: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000
• Barista / Coffee Maker: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
• Waiter: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000
• Housekeeping: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000
• Utility: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000
• Kitchen Helper: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000
