📌 Job Overview

We are urgently hiring skilled culinary professionals for our Indian Kitchen department in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a Commis 1 and a DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) who are ready to join immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hotel or restaurant experience to work in a professional kitchen environment.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Support the Head Chef in developing new menu items and improving existing ones.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen (Indian cuisine preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Commis 1: ₹19,000 Gross per month.
• DCDP: ₹22,000 Gross per month.
