🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Continental Commis (Level 1 & 2): Assist senior chefs in preparing continental dishes, handle mise‑en‑place, operate kitchen equipment, maintain hygiene standards, and support plating.
• Cleaning Staff: Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen, dining, and service areas; manage waste disposal; ensure floors, surfaces, and equipment are spotless; follow deep‑cleaning schedules.
• Barista: Prepare espresso‑based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages; maintain coffee machine hygiene; manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies; provide friendly service at the counter.
