Dhaba Rudra, located in Sector 12, Bokaro Steel City, is actively recruiting for two key kitchen roles: a Cook and a Kitchen Helper. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, responsible, and familiar with the fast-paced environment of a dhaba or hotel kitchen. The establishment prioritizes candidates who understand the specific demands of hotel and dhaba operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For the Cook:*
• Prepare and cook a variety of dhaba-style meals, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the cooking area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen helper to ensure timely service during peak hours.

• For the Kitchen Helper:*
• Assist the cook in food preparation, including chopping, washing, and arranging ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after each shift.
• Manage waste disposal and maintain an organized kitchen space.
• Support the cook in serving and clearing tables as needed.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Prior experience in hotel or dhaba kitchen operations is strongly preferred.
• Work Ethic: Candidates must be hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with dhaba menu items and standard kitchen procedures.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Cook Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Helper Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Room and board facilities are available if required, providing a stable living arrangement for out-of-town candidates.
• Work Schedule: Full-time shifts aligned with the dhaba's operating hours.
