📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Hotel Daffodil in Manali is urgently seeking dedicated and energetic staff to join our team immediately. We are hiring for three specific roles: one Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward, one Waiter/F&B Service Staff, and two Housekeeping Staff members. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, punctual, and ready to contribute to a professional hospitality environment in a scenic location.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward:*
• Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, and cutlery efficiently.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Manage kitchen waste disposal and ensure trash bins remain clean.
• Sort and stack clean items in designated storage areas for easy access.

• For Waiter / F&B Service Staff:*
• Serve food and beverages promptly in the dining area and handle room service orders.
• Take accurate guest orders and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team.
• Keep dining tables, stations, and service equipment clean and organized at all times.

• For Housekeeping Staff:*
• Perform daily deep cleaning, dusting, bed-making, and sanitization of guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, replenishing fresh linens and toiletries.
• Maintain common areas including the lobby, reception, corridors, and staircases.
• Ensure rooms are 100% guest-ready before check-in.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Dishwasher: Punctual, honest, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Basic prior experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen is preferred, but hardworking freshers are welcome.
• Waiter: Polite, humble, and possesses good communication skills. Must be well-groomed with a professional attitude. 6 months to 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant service is required.
• Housekeeping: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Must be physically fit, active, and reliable. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
