We are hiring for a busy takeaway counter located on Dumdum Station Road in Kolkata. The establishment requires immediate support in the kitchen to handle high-volume orders. We are looking for two specialized cooks and one helper to ensure smooth operations and consistent food quality.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Fast Food Cook: Prepare and serve popular fast food items efficiently. Maintain station cleanliness and manage inventory of raw materials for daily service.
• Biryani Specialist: Expertly prepare Mughlai or Barrackpore style biryani. Ensure correct marination, layering, and dum cooking techniques to maintain authentic taste and texture.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist senior cooks with chopping, washing, and general kitchen chores. Keep the workspace organized and support the team during peak hours.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in fast food preparation is mandatory for the first role.
• Strong command over Mughlai or Barrackpore style biryani recipes is required for the second role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced takeaway environment.
