F&B Service Steward / Waiter & Delivery Executive

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

A busy multicuisine family-oriented vegetarian restaurant in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, is urgently hiring to strengthen its front-of-house and logistics team. We are looking for two F&B Service Stewards/Waiters and one Delivery Executive to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. This is an immediate-joiner opportunity for candidates who can handle high-volume service with professionalism and speed.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For F&B Service Stewards / Waiters:*
• Greet guests warmly and manage table assignments efficiently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary preferences (veg) are respected.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Handle billing, payments, and guest queries with patience and clarity.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service counters throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.

• For Delivery Executive:*
• Pick up packed orders from the kitchen and deliver them to customers within the promised timeframe.
• Ensure orders are intact, correctly labeled, and handed over personally to the customer.
• Manage cash collections and digital payments during deliveries.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in clean and functional condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during the handover process.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Service Staff: Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English are essential. Must be presentable and punctual.
• Delivery Staff: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike (or be willing to use company-provided if applicable, though usually own is preferred). Knowledge of local routes in Ghaziabad is a plus. Must be reliable and able to handle cash transactions securely.
• General: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
