• Female Captain: Manage floor operations, oversee table assignments, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Greet guests, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain daily sales reports.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and cashier counter.
• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward (for Captain role).
• Experience in cashiering, billing, and POS systems (for Cashier role).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
