The Salt Cafe, located in the vibrant JPS Galleria Building in Sector 104, Noida, is expanding its hospitality team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our floor and bar operations. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and want to grow their careers in the hospitality sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Floor Captains: Oversee table assignments, ensure smooth service flow, handle guest queries, and maintain high standards of hospitality on the floor.
• Stewards & Assistant Stewards: Manage kitchen hygiene, wash and sanitize dishes and utensils, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, and support the kitchen team with prep tasks.
• Bar Captains & Bartenders: Prepare and serve beverages, manage bar inventory, maintain bar cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Hostess: Greet guests, manage reservations, maintain the waiting list, and ensure a welcoming first impression for all visitors.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in restaurant or cafe operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle peak-hour pressure.
• For bar roles, knowledge of basic mixology and beverage preparation is essential.
• For steward roles, attention to detail and physical stamina for cleaning tasks are required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
