• Executing thorough room cleaning, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restocking amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest convenience.
• Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, corridors, and lobbies to uphold the hotel's aesthetic appeal.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
• Adhering to shift schedules to ensure continuous coverage and operational efficiency.
