The roles offer competitive monthly salaries ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹28,000, depending on the specific location and skill set, along with a guaranteed Diwali bonus.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Sujanagar, Rajasthan: Prepare Chhena Khoya and assist senior Halwai staff as a helper. Ensure consistent quality in dairy-based sweets and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Damoh, Madhya Pradesh: Specialize in breakfast preparations and general Halwai duties. Manage the production of daily breakfast items and maintain inventory of raw materials.
• Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Focus on the precise preparation of Imarti and Jalebi. Monitor oil temperature and batter consistency to ensure the signature crispness and texture of these fried sweets.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in traditional Indian sweet making (Mithai).
• Specific expertise in Chhena Khoya, Imarti, or Jalebi is mandatory for the respective locations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments during peak hours.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹28,000 per month.
• Sujanagar (Chhena Khoya/Helper): ₹28,000
• Damoh (Breakfast/Halwai): ₹22,000
• Shimla (Imarti/Jalebi): ₹20,000 - ₹25,000
