We are hiring for three key roles: Head Chef (Mexican Cuisine), Barista, and Kitchen Helper. This is a full-time opportunity with food and accommodation provided, offering a chance to grow with a dynamic culinary brand.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Head Chef (Mexican Cuisine): Lead the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality preparation of authentic Mexican dishes, menu innovation, and team management.
• Barista: Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, manage the beverage station, and ensure consistent taste and presentation for all customers.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist senior chefs with food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage inventory, and support daily kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Contribute to the overall positive dining experience for guests.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Head Chef: Proven experience in Mexican cuisine, strong leadership skills, and menu development capabilities.
• Barista: Proficiency in espresso brewing, latte art, and customer service.
• Helper: Basic cooking knowledge, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
• All candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to food safety protocols.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Head Chef: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
• Barista: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month.
• Helper: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month.
