🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Property Upkeep: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Facility Management: Monitor the overall condition of the property, identifying and addressing minor maintenance issues to prevent larger problems.
• Guest Readiness: Ensure all amenities and facilities are in working order and aesthetically pleasing to support the hotel's new launch.
• General Supervision: Act as the primary point of contact for on-site operational needs, ensuring the property remains secure and well-maintained in the absence of senior management.
