Hotel Vishnupada Reopening Team: Multi-Department Hiring (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering)

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Hotel Vishnupada, formerly known as Golden Retreat, is preparing for its grand reopening in Swargadwar, Puri. We are assembling a dedicated, experienced, and hospitality-focused team to launch operations with excellence. This is a multi-department recruitment drive covering leadership, operational, and support roles across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (Production & Service), Engineering, and IT. Candidates with prior experience in Puri-based hotels or properties are highly preferred, and immediate joiners will be given priority.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Leadership & Supervisory Roles:*
• Head – Accounts & Finance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
• Assistant Sales Manager: Drive revenue generation and client relations.
• Security In-Charge: Manage safety protocols and staff security.
• Reservation Executive / Duty Manager: Handle bookings and daily operational oversight.
• Front Office Supervisor: Lead check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
• Housekeeping Supervisor (2 Nos.): Ensure room readiness and hygiene standards.
• F&B Captain (2 Nos.): Manage dining service flow and guest experience.

• Operational & Support Roles:*
• Front Office: Reservations Executive, Front Office Assistant, and Bell Boy to assist with guest arrivals and luggage.
• Housekeeping: 6 General Service Assistants (GSA) for room cleaning and maintenance.
• F&B Production: DCDP, Commi I, II, and III for Indian, Bengali, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental, and Pantry sections.
• F&B Service: Senior Stewards (4), Restaurant Stewards (3), Room Service Stewards (3), Cashier/Host, F&B Utility, and Dishwash Staff.
• Engineering: Electrician, AC Technician, and Plumber for facility maintenance.
• IT / Job Trainees: Support across all departments for digital operations and training.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Relevant hotel or hospitality industry experience is mandatory. Prior work in Puri-based hotels or properties is a strong plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.
• Availability: Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred to meet the reopening timeline.
• Technical Skills: Specific culinary expertise (Indian, Bengali, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental) for kitchen roles; technical proficiency for engineering and IT roles.
