📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff member for a Dog/Pet Hostel located in Hadapsar, Pune. This is a full-time, live-in position requiring a candidate who is comfortable working in a pet-centric environment. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hostel premises during split shifts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Perform housekeeping duties for 5 hours in the morning and 5 hours in the evening.
• Ensure all guest areas, kennels, and common spaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Maintain hygiene standards suitable for a pet accommodation facility.
• Assist in general upkeep of the hostel to ensure a safe and clean environment for the animals.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Mandatory: Must be a bachelor (single male/female as per hostel policy, typically implies single candidate).
• Preference: Candidates who genuinely like dogs are strongly preferred.
• Location Restriction: Applicants residing locally in Pune are explicitly discouraged from applying. We are specifically looking for outstation candidates.
• Note: No advance payment or travel tickets will be provided to outstation candidates.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Live-in facility provided at the hostel.
• Meals: Two meals per day provided by the employer.
• Shifts: Split shift pattern (5 hours morning + 5 hours evening).
