📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

• Hiring for three full‑time positions in Kota: Indian Chef, Chinese Chef, and Kitchen Helper. Free meals are provided on site.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to‑Day Operations

• Indian Chef: Prepare authentic Indian/Rajasthani dishes, manage a kitchen station, ensure hygiene standards, oversee inventory of spices and ingredients.
• Chinese Chef: Execute Chinese menu items, handle wok cooking, prepare sauces, plate dishes according to recipe specifications.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist chefs with ingredient prep, clean workstations, handle basic cooking tasks, maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Demonstrated experience in Indian cuisine (for Indian Chef) and Chinese cuisine (for Chinese Chef).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Helper should be comfortable with basic food preparation and kitchen upkeep.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Indian Chef: ₹25,000 per month.
• Chinese Chef: ₹24,000 per month.
• Kitchen Helper: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
• Free meals provided during shifts.
• Full‑time schedule (exact timings to be discussed during interview).
