📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Indian Chef to join the culinary team at Hotel Amarsar Palace, Jaipur. The role is full‑time and comes with a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000 along with food and accommodation provided on‑site.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Prepare authentic Indian dishes, ensuring taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen mise‑en‑place for Indian menu items.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory of spices, vegetables, and other ingredients; place requisitions as needed.
• Uphold safety and sanitation protocols in line with hotel policies.
• Assist in menu planning and occasional special event catering.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience cooking Indian cuisine (North Indian/Rajasthani styles preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a hotel kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of spice blends, cooking techniques, and plating.
