🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian Chef: Prepare and plate authentic Indian dishes, manage kitchen hygiene, and ensure food quality standards are met throughout the service hours.
• Utility Boy: Assist in kitchen prep, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, handle waste disposal, and support the chef with basic cooking tasks.
• Waiter: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience on the floor.
• Helper: Perform general assistance duties as assigned, including loading/unloading supplies and maintaining overall premises cleanliness.

• Chef: Proficiency in Indian regional cuisines, knowledge of food safety standards, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
