🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian & Tandoor Station: Prepare authentic Indian dishes and manage the tandoor oven for rotis, naans, and grilled items. Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation for every order.
• Chinese & Pantry: Execute Chinese menu items with precision and manage pantry inventory, including storage, organization, and preparation of dry and wet ingredients.
• All-Rounder Duties: Support various kitchen sections as needed, ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours. Maintain hygiene standards and assist in menu execution across different cuisines.
