ORA Lounge in Meerut is actively expanding its culinary team and is currently seeking two dedicated professionals to join the kitchen brigade. We are looking for an Indian Commis 1st and a Tandoor Commis 1st who are ready to step into a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. This is a direct opportunity to work with a growing establishment that values consistency and speed in food production.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian Commis 1st: Assist the senior chefs in preparing Indian dishes, ensuring all ingredients are chopped, measured, and ready for cooking. Maintain strict hygiene standards in the prep area and support the line during peak service hours.
• Tandoor Commis 1st: Operate the tandoor oven to bake rotis, naans, and other breads to order. Monitor dough fermentation, maintain the tandoor’s temperature, and ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked items.
• Both roles require active participation in kitchen cleanup, inventory checks, and adherence to food safety protocols.

• Proven experience in Indian cuisine preparation and/or tandoor operations.
• Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred to meet our expansion timeline.
