We are hiring for a Junior Chef (Indian Cuisine) and a Bartender (Fresher) at a prestigious Wellness Boutique Hotel in South Goa. 👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Junior Chef: Prepare and present high-quality Indian vegetarian dishes in accordance with the hotel's menu and wellness standards.
• Junior Chef: Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring proper food storage and preparation techniques.
• Junior Chef: Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen organization.
• Bartender: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the Goan liquor bar.
• Bartender: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Bartender: Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service and recommend drink pairings.
• Both Roles: Adhere to hotel policies, dress codes, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Junior Chef: Basic knowledge of Indian vegetarian cooking techniques. Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bartender: Basic knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Both Roles: Good communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Junior Chef Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
• Bartender Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month.
