🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, including scrubbing floors, walls, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces, sinks, and storage areas after every shift.
• Manage waste disposal and ensure proper segregation of kitchen waste.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen area free from pests and clutter.
• Ensure that all cleaning tools and chemicals are stored safely and used correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or hygiene concerns to the supervisor immediately.
