🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and assist in the cooking of standard Chinese dishes as per the menu.

• Assist the senior chef or cook in ingredient preparation, including chopping, washing, and organizing vegetables and proteins.
• Manage kitchen inventory and report any shortages to the management promptly.
• Ensure timely service by keeping all stations stocked and ready during peak hours.
