📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Foodbay Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for two distinct roles at their Chinar Park, Kolkata location. This is a direct company joining opportunity with no placement fees or consultancy charges involved. The openings are for 4 Kitchen Helpers and 1 Chinese/Continental Cook. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For Kitchen Helpers (4 Vacancies):*
• Handle seafood packaging with precision and hygiene standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and washing duties to maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Assist the head chef in food preparation processes.
• Manage food dispatch logistics to ensure timely delivery.

• For Chinese/Continental Cook (1 Vacancy):*
• Prepare high-quality Chinese and Continental dishes.
• Maintain consistent production levels to meet service demands.
• Manage and coordinate the kitchen team effectively.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Kitchen Helpers: Basic understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene practices, and ability to handle seafood packaging. Immediate joiners preferred.
• Chinese/Continental Cook: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Chinese and Continental cuisine. Strong production management skills and the ability to lead a kitchen team. Candidates must be proficient in both culinary styles.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary:
• Kitchen Helper: ₹12,000 per month + PF + ESIC.
• Chinese/Continental Cook: ₹16,000 per month + PF + ESIC.
• Benefits:

• 10-hour duty shifts.
• 4 days off per month.
• PF and ESIC facility included.
• Work Schedule: Standard 10-hour shifts with a fixed weekly off schedule.
