📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are launching a new bar & restaurant in Buldana, Maharashtra and are hiring for a range of kitchen and front‑of‑house roles. Positions include:

• Indian Chef de Partie (Awadhi food knowledge)
• Chinese Chef de Partie (Thai & Oriental focus)
• Tandoor Chef de Partie
• Continental Chef de Partie
• Junior Commis (Indian/Tandoor/Chinese)
• Kitchen Helpers
• Kitchen Supervisor
• Captains with drink knowledge
• Stewards & Table Boys
• Bar Tender & Bar Assistant

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Kitchen Roles*
• Prepare and execute Awadhi, Thai, Oriental, Tandoor, Continental, Indian and Chinese dishes as per recipe standards.
• Maintain hygiene, mise‑en‑place, and inventory for your station.
• Assist senior chefs, ensure timely service, and support the kitchen supervisor.

• Service Roles*
• Captains: oversee floor service, manage orders, and guide staff on beverage pairing.
• Stewards & Table Boys: set tables, clear, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Bar Team: mix drinks, handle bar inventory, and provide prompt service to guests.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven knowledge of Awadhi cuisine (for Indian CDP).
• Experience with Thai and Oriental Chinese dishes (for Chinese CDP).
• Proficiency in tandoor operations and continental cooking techniques.
• Ability to work as a commis across Indian, Tandoor, and Chinese stations.
• Strong drink knowledge for captain roles.
• Basic bar handling skills for bar tender/assistant.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
