👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Biryani Chef: Prepare authentic Hyderabadi & Kolkata style biryanis, manage spice blends, and ensure consistent quality.
• Indian Commis (Level 2): Assist senior chefs with Indian menu preparation, chopping, marinating, and plating.
• Continental Chef: Cook a variety of Continental dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and innovate menu items.
• Continental Commis (Level 1): Support the Continental Chef with prep work, ingredient handling, and station upkeep.
• Helper: Perform general kitchen assistance, cleaning, and inventory support.
• Food Packaging: Pack prepared meals for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and hygiene.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective role (Biryani chef, Indian/Continental kitchen).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic literacy for following recipes and packaging instructions.
