• Assist the cart operator in preparing and serving momos efficiently.
• Manage the cart inventory, restock ingredients, and ensure all supplies are fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cart, utensils, and surrounding area throughout the shift.
• Handle cash transactions and provide courteous service to customers.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support in setting up the cart before opening and closing duties after service.
• Communicate any stock or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.
