• Multi‑Cuisine Chef at White Musk, an eight‑room boutique mountain property located in Hamta, near Manali.
• Full‑time role, part of a three‑person kitchen team, responsible for preparing and executing guest orders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Design and prepare menus featuring North Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, and Lebanese dishes.
• Cook and plate dishes to the property’s standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage kitchen inventory, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the team to meet guest requests and special dietary needs.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional cooking experience.
• Proficiency in North Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisines.
• Ability to work in a mountain setting with harsh winters; comfortable with off‑beat location.
• Seeking a stable, longer‑term position.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Monthly salary: ₹28,000–₹30,000.
