This is a full-time opportunity in the restaurant industry with immediate joining preferred. Candidates must be ready to undergo a mandatory food trial.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the specific cuisine assigned (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, South Indian, Kerala, or Continental).
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory and ensure minimal food wastage.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Create new menu items and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback.
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Participate in the mandatory food trial to demonstrate culinary skills.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the specific cuisine category (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, South Indian, Kerala, or Continental).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory food trial.
