The openings include one Indian Chinese Chef, one dedicated Chinese Chef, one Restaurant Captain, and two Kitchen Helpers. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian Chinese Chef: Prepare and plate authentic Indo-Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Manage the specific section of the kitchen dedicated to this cuisine.
• Chinese Chef: Focus exclusively on traditional Chinese recipes, maintaining high standards of wok technique and flavor profiles.
• Restaurant Captain: Oversee floor operations, manage guest interactions, coordinate with the kitchen for order accuracy, and ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.
• Kitchen Helpers (2): Assist senior chefs with prep work, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage inventory basics, and support the overall workflow during peak hours.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in Indian Chinese and/or pure Chinese cuisines for chef roles. Strong foundational cooking skills for kitchen helpers.
