Multi-Role Hospitality Hiring: Chefs, Service & Housekeeping

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are urgently hiring for multiple positions across our kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams in Murshidabad. This is a bulk recruitment drive to fill immediate vacancies for experienced and entry-level candidates. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can join quickly and contribute to our daily operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian CDP (1 No.): Prepare and plate Indian dishes according to standard recipes. Maintain hygiene and manage inventory for assigned sections.
• Chinese CDP (2 No.): Execute Chinese menu items with precision. Ensure consistent taste and presentation for all orders.
• Chinese DCDP (1 No.): Assist senior chefs in Chinese cuisine preparation. Handle prep work and support the CDPs during peak hours.
• Kitchen Helpers (4 No.): Perform basic kitchen tasks including washing, chopping, and cleaning. Support the cooking team with mise en place.
• Service Captains (2 No.): Manage table assignments, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Service Stewards (4 No.): Handle table setting, clearing, and cleaning. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and restrooms.
• Barista + Mocktail (1 No.): Prepare coffee beverages and mocktails. Maintain bar station cleanliness and manage inventory of ingredients.
• Housekeeping (1 No.): Perform general cleaning duties including floors, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure high standards of hygiene.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Culinary Roles: Proven experience in Indian or Chinese cuisine is required for CDP and DCDP roles. Kitchen helpers should have basic cooking knowledge and physical stamina.
• Service Roles: Captains need strong communication skills and experience in restaurant service. Stewards should be efficient and detail-oriented.
• Beverage Role: The Barista/Mocktail maker must have experience in coffee brewing and mocktail preparation.
• Housekeeping: Experience in cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards is essential.
• General: All candidates must be immediate joiners. Freshers may be considered for helper and steward roles with training.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Indian CDP: ₹24,000 - ₹26,000 per month
• Chinese CDP: ₹23,000 - ₹26,000 per month
• Chinese DCDP: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
• Kitchen Helper: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month
• Service Captain: ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month
• Service Steward: ₹9,000 - ₹10,000 per month
• Barista + Mocktail: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
• Housekeeping: ₹9,000 - ₹10,000 per month
• Schedule: Full-time positions with standard hospitality shifts. Meals provided during working hours.
