👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Floor Manager: Oversee daily floor operations, manage staff schedules, ensure service standards are met, and handle customer complaints effectively.
• CDP Bulk: Prepare large quantities of food items according to recipes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and assist the head chef in bulk production.
• Waiters & Captains: Provide excellent table service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Cashier & Online Counter Staff: Manage billing operations, handle cash and digital payments, and process online orders efficiently.
• Tea Maker & Butcher: Prepare high-quality tea beverages and handle meat cutting and preparation with precision and hygiene.
• Store Assistant & GRE: Assist in inventory management, receiving goods, and general restaurant operations support.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but freshers may be considered for entry-level roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• For CDP and Butcher roles: Basic culinary skills and attention to detail.
