Lords Inn Jodhpur is expanding its team and seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals for multiple departments including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office. We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers/trainees (ITs & JTs) who are passionate about the hotel industry and eager to build a successful career in hospitality.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• F&B Department: Manage guest dining experiences, handle bar operations, and ensure high standards of service as an F&B Executive, Captain, Steward, or Bartender.
• Housekeeping Department: Oversee room cleanliness, manage laundry operations, and supervise staff as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Room Attendant, Desk Attendant, or Laundry Attendant.
• Front Office Department: Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and general assistance as a Front Office GSA or Reservation GSA.
• Trainee Support: Provide structured learning opportunities for Industrial Trainees (ITs) and Job Trainees (JTs) across all departments.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment that aligns with Lords Inn's brand standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service efficiency in daily operations.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality roles (F&B, Housekeeping, or Front Office) is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, hygiene standards, and guest management.
• Freshers and trainees with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
