📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for a range of immediate‑join roles across our Pune venue. Positions span front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and support functions, offering a fast‑track start for those ready to contribute right away.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Cashier – Manage POS transactions, handle cash reconciliation, and provide courteous guest service.
• Bartender / Bar‑Man – Prepare beverages, maintain bar inventory, ensure hygiene standards, and engage guests.
• Kitchen Helper & Utility – Assist chefs with ingredient prep, maintain cleanliness of workstations, and support kitchen logistics.
• HR Executive – Conduct recruitment drives, handle employee onboarding, maintain records, and address staff queries.
• Commis I, II & III (Indian, Tandoor & Chinese) – Execute basic cooking tasks for Indian, Tandoor, and Chinese menus under supervision, ensure station readiness, and follow recipe specifications.
• Purchase Executive – Source and procure kitchen and restaurant supplies, negotiate with vendors, and maintain stock registers.
• Restaurant Manager (resident of Pune) – Oversee overall floor operations, manage staff schedules, ensure service quality, and handle guest relations.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in cash handling, bar service, or kitchen assistance as relevant to the applied role.
• Familiarity with Indian, Tandoor, and Chinese cooking techniques for commis positions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for HR and managerial duties.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 11 AM – 11 PM.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
