📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles at Laxminarayan Palace Resort, part of the ICONIQA Collection by Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. This resort offers a unique blend of hospitality and luxury, providing a diverse range of opportunities for professionals in various fields.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Front Office Executive / GSA:* Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Handle guest inquiries and maintain guest records.

• F&B GSA:* Oversee food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service.

• Commi III – Indian / Continental / South Indian / Chinese:* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Indian, Continental, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Finance Executive:* Manage financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Banquet Sales Manager / Executive:* Plan and execute banquet events, manage client relationships, and ensure high sales performance.

• Sales Executive:* Drive sales and marketing efforts, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

• AC Technician:* Maintain and repair air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for guests.

• Kitchen Technician:* Assist in kitchen operations, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.

• MST:* Oversee maintenance operations, manage maintenance staff, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• KST Supervisor:* Supervise housekeeping staff, manage cleaning schedules, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Housekeeping GSA:* Oversee housekeeping operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
